He walked through my home of twenty-three years and fully understood my need for wall space while also understanding my desire for an open-ish floor plan. Selling and buying a home during this pandemic could not have been easier. Plus, he assimilated a plan to sell my home (which had not undergone all the refurbishments that had been on the list of things to do) to take into account supply chain issues. We were able to sell my home in record time (and at more than list price) without me having to go through the hassle of fully updating. We were able to find the almost perfect home for my downsizing objective (I say almost only because the backyard was not fenced but that can be easily remedied) with ease. His knowledge of the legal aspects is quite impressive; his personality ensures the entire process is painless; he maintains communication so no "i's" are undotted and no "t's" are uncrossed.
